UCF Calendar Spring 2025.

Here are important dates and deadlines on the UCF calendar for the Spring semester of 2025.

1. The deadline for International Graduate Applicants is Monday, July 1, 2024.
2. Undergraduate International Applicants must complete their applications by Sunday, September 1, 2024.
3. Undergraduate students must submit Graduation Applications between Monday, October 14, 2024, and Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
4. Graduate students must submit Graduation Applications between Monday, October 14, 2024, and Friday, February 28, 2025.
5. Enrollment Appointment Date and Time for Spring 2025 is available on myUCF starting Monday, October 14, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
6. The Application Completion Deadline for New Undergraduate Freshman Applicants is Friday, November 1, 2024.
7. New Undergraduate Transfer Applicants also have until Friday, November 1, 2024, to complete their applications.
8. Readmission applications are due on Friday, November 1, 2024.
9. Graduate Programs without a deadline require applications by Sunday, December 1, 2024.
10. Registration on myUCF for Spring 2025 runs from Monday, November 4, 2024, to Sunday, January 5, 2025.
11. Faculty must submit Orders for Spring 2025 Textbooks by Thursday, November 7, 2024.
12. The final day to submit Doctoral committee/candidacy forms to the College of Graduate Studies is Friday, December 6, 2024.
13. On-Campus Housing for Spring 2025 opens on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
14. Classes for Spring 2025 commence on Monday, January 6, 2025.
15. Late Registration for Spring 2025 ends on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
16. The last day to Drop and Request a Full Refund for Spring 2025 is Friday, January 10, 2025.
17. Housing Payment for Spring 2025 is due by Friday, January 17, 2025.
18. With no classes scheduled, Martin Luther King Jr. Day falls on Monday, January 20, 2025.
19. The schedule of classes for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026 is available on Monday, March 10, 2025.
20. The second Installment of the Tuition Payment Plan Deadline for Spring 2025 is Friday, March 14, 2025.
21. UCF Spring Break 2024 is from Monday, March 17, 2025, to Saturday, March 22, 2025. Classes resume on Monday, March 24, 2025.
22. Registration by Appointment and Add/Drop for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026 begins on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
23. Founder’s Day Honors Convocation, with classes still held, is on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
24. The Spring 2025 final Examination Period for Spring 2025 is from Wednesday, April 23, 2025, to Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
25. On-Campus Housing Closes for Spring 2025 on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
26. The Degree Conferral Date for Spring 2025 is Thursday, May 1, 2025.
27. UCF’s Graduation and Commencement ceremonies for Spring 2025 will be held from Thursday, May 1, 2025, to Saturday, May 3, 2025.
28. Grades Due in myUCF for Spring 2025 are on Thursday, May 1, 2025, by noon.
29. Grades will be available on myUCF for Spring 2025 on Friday, May 2, 2025, at noon.
